The drama club hosted the third annual Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser on February 21, to help earn money for this year’s spring musical, The Wiz.
Around 150 people came to the cafeteria to enjoy fresh salad, pasta, and desserts provided by various members of the club.
To also help raise money, several members donated raffle items for a tin-can raffle that included many gifts card from local businesses and restaurants. Donations varied from digital picture frames to free eye exams.
The tin-can raffle that took place during the dinner will continue through Parent-Teacher conferences February 29 and March 1, and both nights of the musical on March 30 and 31.
“The food was really great and I loved everything,” School Board Vice President Ellen Dunn said.
The dinner was a success for the club, earning more towards their goal of raising funds for the musical.
